Jazz Imaging Black Friday Promotion Rules

Promotion Overview:
Jazz Imaging is excited to announce its Black Friday Promotion! 100% refund of the $498 activation fee when trading in an eligible sensor

Promotion Details:

1. Promotion Timeframe:
• Eligible purchases must be made between November 21 and December 31, 2024.
2. Trade-In Refund Eligibility:
• The $498 trade-in refund promotion applies to either SOLO or MINOR sensor subscription or purchase. 
• There is no limit to the number of sensors a customer may purchase under this promotion. 
• Jazz Imaging sensors and phosphor plates are not eligible for trade-in.
• Sensors working and non-working are eligible
3. Participation Guidelines:
• One sensor trade-in refund per order.  Trade-in sensors become the property of Jazz Imaging and will not be returned if you cancel your Jazz Imaging order or subscription.
• A valid order number is required for every trade-in sensor to qualify for the refund.
4. Sensor Return Instructions:
• Sensors must be returned to the following address:

• Ensure the order number is clearly included in the return package to expedite processing.
4. Refund Details:
• Jazz Imaging must receive eligible sensors within 30 days of purchase. 
• Refunds of $498 will be applied as a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned sensor.
5. Offer Limitations:
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
6. Additional Terms:
• Jazz Imaging reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
