We love the Jazz Sensors! To top it off, their customer service is top tier. Savannah troubleshot an issue we'd been having for over a yr. that 2 other technicians were unable to fix. She was kind, thorough and needs a raise! lol- We appreciate her and Jazz greatly!

Been a customer for a few years now.  My last dexis died and it was not even a question as to leasing another one.  With such a highly used piece of equipment this business model makes a lot of sense to me.  Also, which could be the most important point, their customer service and tech support is immensely helpful, which could be worth the price of admission on its own.

We recently joined the Jazz digital sensor club and have had such a better experience than with any other tech support for digital imaging. Poonam was extremely helpful and supportive, and there was no wait time for a response to our request for support.  She even emailed us instructions to adjust our settings for optimal image quality. The Jazz Solo sensor is awesome! We use them in our general practice and have used them in our pediatric office for over a year. Integrates flawlessly with Dentrix Ascend and the images are crisp and clear. The customer service is top notch as well. Very satisfied.

We have used digital sensors for decades and were a little skeptical to move away from the traditional model of purchasing sensors with no monthly commitment.  When old sensors stopped working we decided to give Jazz a try and signed up for 6 Solo sensors and the Jazz club.  It’s been almost 3 years since our decision and about 14 months into our relationship with Jazz, two more of our traditional sensors stopped working so we added 2 more Solo sensors and Jazz club for a total of 8 Jazz sensors!  They still look great and having one sensor in each room has been a game changer. We’re still very pleased with the quality of images, quick and friendly service help (mostly just to install the sensors - very rare to have an issue). Patient feedback has been positive - who would have thought that taking the corners off of the sensor would make such a nice difference for the patient and maintain a full image for us?! Some sensor holders have become brittle and need to be replaced about every 6 months, more frequent than we’d hoped. Overall, we’d purchase Jazz sensors again and based on our experience can wholeheartedly recommend them to you!

I’ve had a great experience thus far with Jazz. I bought my practice in October and adding a digital sensor was at the top of my list of things to do. I was attracted to the option to lease as I had a lot of expenses having just gone through the practice acquisition. It’s affordable, and the image quality is great. The fact that they will replace your first sensor at no charge if damaged is great as well.  I will likely be adding a second sensor from them soon.
