Jazz Imaging ships product only within the United States. Our shipping rates are detailed on the checkout page for all items excluding Jazz SOLO subscription items and replacements, which are detailed in the Jazz CLUB Agreement.
GROUND
Arrives in 3–7 business days.
Ground shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.
Shipping times apply for orders with a physical address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days.
EXPEDITED
Arrives in 2–3 business days.
Two Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).
OVERNIGHT
Arrives in 1–2 business days.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).
Other Details
Jazz Imaging ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 1pm PST. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Shipments outside of the continental US may have additional delays.
