Return Policy

Sensors are under warranty as part of the Jazz Club membership. Jazz Imaging offers a 30 day trial period for new customers as defined in the Jazz Club Agreement or Jazz Purchase Agreement

Holders and Accessories

You have 30 days from delivery to return a defective or non-defective item. Non-defective items must unopened and in condition for resale.

Harmony Software

Harmony software includes a free 30 day trial license. Software is not refundable after a permanent license is issued.

How to Return

Steps are easy to follow:
1. Start your return by contacting Jazz Imaging contacting support@jazzimaging.com or calling our support phone number, 567-234-5299 x 300. Make sure our team has worked with you on the issue before you send the package. Support will provide you with a return number.
2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
3. Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.
4. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your return.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued using the same payment account you used for the original purchase per your request.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
