Resolving Licensing Errors
Expired License
An expired license error will appear in Jazz Control Center when the Jazz Club subscription has not been payed.
To resolve this error:
- Review your payment method for your subscription to confirm your payment method is up-to-date.
- If your payment method has expired, add new payment method. See How to Update Your Jazz Subscription Payment Method for more details.
- Contact Jazz Support via email at support@jazzimaging.com. Please provide your sensor’s 7-8 digit serial number in your inquiry, located on the sensor’s USB port.
